About Pipetech
Hi, my name is Gordon O Neill. I started in the mechanical industry in 1994 as an apprentice plumber/fitter with TE LYNSKEY now LYNSKEY ENGINEERING. During my time there, I learned from some of the most experienced tradesmen around. I worked on various projects such as NEC in Ballivor, as well as Gerard labs in Baldoyle and Jervis Street Shopping Centre.

In 2002 I joined Haughton and Young, where I started off looking after small jobs, before progressing on to larger scale projects. I was made foreman on the Rathoath Community Centre project, and was Project Manager on the Inchicore Primary Care Centre Mechanical Install.
In 2013 I joined Mercury Engineering as a mechanical fitter in Intel, where I was involved in the Fab24 Basebuild Upgrade.
I also worked as a Mechanical Supervisor with Winthrop Engineering on the new DIT campus in Grangegorman. I coordinated the install of the fire ducting and gas pipework in the basement of the campus, which had 15 restaurant grade kitchens. I also coordinated the install of the mechanical services on the ground floor and all the toilet cores.
In 2020 I became a director with Dynamech Engineering, where I helped build the company from the ground up.
I felt it was time to use my experience and expertise in the proper way, and I decided to set up PIPETECH MECHANICAL SERVICES.
Our aim is to provide the industry with high quality workmanship, carried out in a safe and efficient manner, on time and on budget.
Our apprentices will be properly trained, insuring that the industry continues to have highly skilled tradespeople into the future.
